I am a Child and Youth Care student (which is basically a therapeutic childcare education, specializing in child behaviour). I have experience with 6 months to 13 years old. I have tutored young kids (under 10 years of age). My hobbies are going to the gym, nature, baking and arts and crafts, so I bring my love for getting active and being creative into my babysitting practice. I have in the past taken a babysitting course, and have studied child development for my college program. I have a recent passed VSC (vulnerable sector check).

My most recent experience includes: -Supervising age 1, 4, 5, and 9, entertaining them while mother works. -Babysitting over the summer for a 3 year old and 7 year old girls, supporting parents with light chores like folding laundry and vacuuming, while practicing fine motor skills and confidence using creative and active activities. -Babysitting 8 year old child with non-verbal autism, while parents did errands. -Supervising 1 and 4 year old, feeding dinner and getting ready for bed. -Tutoring 5 and 7 year old boys in math and literacy, using learning games. (experience with dyslexia) -Supervising 21 month old boy, playing, going for walks and feeding, diapering during parents workday. -Babysitting 6 month old boy, feeding, diapering, putting down for nap, and entertaining. -Babysitting 2 year old girl, feeding, diapering, going for walk, entertaining. -Babysitting 4 year old boy, took for bike ride, made meal, entertaining. -Babysitting 10 and 12 year old girls, feeding, playing with, going for walk, crafting, and putting to bed.
