Monica P.
I recently turned 28 and have been married for almost 3 years. My husband have chosen to wait to have children, but I absolutely adore them. In my decade of work, I have worked at a major bank, as a server / bartender, and then found myself in the sales world. I've been in sales for about 5 years and absolutely love it. In my free time you can find me travelling the world (my goal was 30 countries before I turn 30, and I am on track to achieve that this year), spending time with friends and family, hanging with my pup, and cooking. I am definitely a people person and my friends would describe me as an structured yet spontaneous person. I look forward to seeing if we are a match!
My name is Monica, and I am a 28-year-old married woman living in Mississauga. I have a diploma in early childhood education from Ryerson University, where I had the opportunity to work in daycares with children as young as 6 weeks old to preschool age. Therefore, the majority of my experience is with younger children. At Ryerson, I assisted with 10-20 children at a time, helping with tasks such as feeding, bathroom breaks, hygiene, painting, outdoor play, games, reading, and watching movies. I am the oldest of four siblings and have three younger brothers. Additionally, I am the oldest of 25 first cousins and have been babysitting and caring for them since I was 12 years old. I regularly look after my twin cousins (4 years old) and the young children of my friends (1-8 years old). Over the last 10 years, I have babysat for three families in Mississauga. I have a criminal reference check, CPR/AED Level C certification (including infant CPR), do not smoke, and am currently seeking part-time or full-time work to help pay off my student loans faster. I am available at any time, and my schedule is open. Ideally, I would like to find a position with the same schedule every week.
