My name is Kinley. I’m from Bhutan. Coming from a big family, I feel like I started babysitting from a very young age, taking on responsibilities early and learning how to care for others. I really enjoy music and some outdoor games such as badminton, basketball, and volleyball. During my time as a nanny, I developed a deep understanding of child care, focusing on creating a nurturing and structured environment where children can thrive. I managed daily routines, including meal preparation, school drop-offs, extracurricular activities, and playtime, while ensuring that each child's emotional, physical, and developmental needs were met. One of my key strengths was building strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families, tailoring my approach to suit the unique needs of each child. I also focused on fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere, encouraging learning through play, creativity, and outdoor activities.
