In my quest to instill discipline among children, I recognize the essence of making the journey enjoyable and fun-filled. Striking this balance is crucial in fostering their maturity and growth as individuals. I am an ardent enthusiast of arts and crafts, a passion which has proven useful in engaging kids creatively. I have to clarify, though, that while I am at ease managing and nurturing children from different age groups, I admittedly lack direct experience in handling children with special needs. However, this is a challenge I am quite open to, primarily since I believe that every child, regardless of their capabilities or differences, deserves to be cared for and supported. I am resilient and patient, willing to equip myself with the knowledge to learn and understand the specific ways to best support any child's unique needs.
