I’m Juana Daralene but you can call me “Dara”. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in childcare, primarily through babysitting my nieces, cousins, and nephews. In these roles, I've not only cared for them but also provided tutoring support, helping with their schoolwork and fostering their educational development. I’ve also had the opportunity to assist new mothers with their newborns. This involved a variety of responsibilities such as monitoring the baby’s well-being, entertaining and soothing them, changing diapers, and feeding them when needed. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in patience, multitasking, and nurturing care. In addition to my hands-on childcare experience, I am close to finishing my Personal Support Worker program. As part of this program, I have obtained my CPR and First Aid certification and am about to complete my Food Safety certification. This additional training has further equipped me with the skills and knowledge to ensure the safety and well-being of those in my care. I am passionate about ensuring the well-being and growth of children. I take pride in being reliable and compassionate, always ready to lend a helping hand to parents and caregivers. Overall, my background in childcare and my formal training have equipped me with the skills and understanding needed to provide excellent care and support for children of all ages.
