Philine P.
I've been a nanny for 8 yrs, and love the kidos😊 I'm currently back in school for my Counselling Diploma, and so am looking to spend my afternoons/evenings nannying (up to 5 days a week, but can be less). Last summer I trained and worked as a Behaviour Interventionist, so I have knowledge and experience supporting emotional regulation, communication, safety, learning, playing etc., and have a lot of skills that transfer and I use everyday with my kidos... I also spent a year in the BA of Education program at University of Alberta, and have experience as an in-home Senior Support Worker. I have experience as a full-time/part-time nanny, babysitter, and housekeeper. I have worked with a 4mo old infant (bottles, diapers, naps, sleep training, tummy time, play, transitioning to solid foods); I've also worked with toddlers of various ages (play, feeding, naps, bathtime, bedtime, sleep training, meal prep, going outside/walks); as well as the older kids (mornings, meal prep, walking/driving to and from daycare/school, after-school activities, homework help + music tutoring, reading, games, playdates, outdoor time, bathtime, bedtime). I look forward to getting to know your family and helping you get the personalized care you need for your little ones.
I have been working as a nanny with different families since 2017, usually while studying or in between moving. In summer 2024, I started working as a Behaviour Interventionist with kids with ASD and learned a lot and added lots of skills that I now bring over to my nanny work. I have worked with kids of many ages, from 4 months to 11 years old, and with single as well as multiple children at once.
