I may take training to become a certified doula in the near future but this is mostly done online, and any in person sessions are planned well in advance and will be communicated. I require paid sick days and am open to negotiating how many. I have 10 in my current position. I also currently have a base pay for weeks where I'm needed for fewer hours than usual in order to keep a consistent liveable wage, unless unpaid time off is well communicated and agreed upon.
