Hayley S.
I'm Hayley, a university student majoring in neuroscience with a true passion for working with children. I’ve spent years caring for kids in a variety of settings, from full-time nannying to volunteering in children’s hospital wards and leading youth programs at my local church. This summer, I'm working as an Access Worker supporting children with special needs, especially those on the autism spectrum. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, flexible, and deeply attentive to each child’s unique needs. I love creating fun, safe, and structured environments where kids feel supported and encouraged to grow. Whether it’s playing games, doing crafts, or helping with routines, I bring a positive, nurturing approach to everything I do. I’m CPR-C/AED certified, highly organized, and always ready to jump in with a helping hand and a warm smile!
I'm Hayley! I'm a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities. This summer, I'm proud to be working as an Access Worker supporting kids with special needs, particularly those with autism. I've previously nannied full-time for a busy family with three boys, and I bring a calm, organized, and creative energy to every home I work in. With a background in neuroscience studies, CPR-C/AED certification, and years of experience leading children’s programs, I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and enriching environments where kids can thrive.
