As a recently certified teacher (B.Ed. completion 2025), I bring a unique blend of educational knowledge, creative play, and emotional support to every caregiving role. My experience includes: In-home care for multiple families with children aged 1–4 Specialized one-on-one support for children with disabilities as an Inclusion Leader with the City of Barrie STEM and kindergarten classroom volunteer experience First Aid and CPR certified, with training in WHMIS, infection control, and equity and inclusion I’ve also been recognized with the City of Barrie Caring Heart Award, reflecting my deep commitment to the well-being and growth of every child. I am have recently graduated teacher's college at Western, and I am a newly certified teacher looking for a summer job. Prior to teachers college I took a year off, and worked as a nanny for 3 families, all of which I still have a great relationship with, but they are no longer in need of childcare. As a caregiver, I strive to make every day fun and educational for the children, with age appropriate outings and activities. Whether that be a trip to the park, a nature walk, or a day at the children's museum.
