Besa Z.
I am proudly an Albanian, hailing from the heart of Kosovo. For the last seven years, I have been fortunate enough to call Canada my home. It has been a journey of numerous experiences, learning a new culture, meeting diverse people, and embracing the freezing winters. One aspect of my life which I find immense joy and satisfaction in is taking care of children. Be it their innocent laughter, their ceaseless curiosity, or their unabashed honesty, children instill an unparalleled sense of happiness in my days. The simple act of caring for them, guiding them and helping in their growth process offers me a sense of fulfillment and contentment. They effortlessly bring joy with their charming antics, and for me, this is one of the most rewarding experiences there can be. Their pureness and vivacity never fail to brighten up even the somber moments, making every day spiced up with surprises. Truly, working with children is not only a passion but also a source of daily delight.
I took care of some children back home in Kosovo for a few years. I have been taking care of my niece and nephew here in Canada for the past 7 years. Take them and pick them up from school/bus. Make lunches, make dinner, take them to and from extracurricular activities. Feed kids who cannot feed themselves. Put them to bed, wake them up in the morning and get them dressed. Take care of them while they’re sick. I have taken care of at least 3 kids at a time
