Ally C.
My name is Ally Beth. I’m a French Canadian with a strong background in childcare and youth development, and I’m currently a college student continuing to build on my passion for working with children. I have over five years of experience caring for kids ages 0–12 through babysitting and have worked as a summer camp counselor for two years at an overnight camp, supporting groups of 6–9 children aged 4–15. I’ve created fun, safe, and inclusive environments where kids feel supported and encouraged, including those with autism and other disabilities. I’m confident in handling responsibilities like meal preparation, sleep routines, and planning engaging, educational activities that meet each child’s unique needs. Outside of work, I’m an active person with hobbies that include dance, cheerleading, rugby, and running—activities that help me bring energy and creativity into any childcare setting. Throughout high school, I maintained strong grades while being involved in multiple clubs and leadership conferences, which helped shape my reliability, teamwork skills, and dedication. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives and bringing enthusiasm, empathy, and structure to every role I take on.
