Jenna K.
I have just completed my Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Certificate in Communications this December at UBCO. I have plans to pursue my PDP in September to become a teacher! I have always had a passion for working with children, creating a safe, creative, inspiring environment and helping them learn and grow. I love all things outdoors whether its hiking up a mountain or a picnic in the park, I love arts and crafts or activities like puzzles and painting, and I've always enjoyed things like baking and cooking. I have been described as trustworthy, dependable, warm, caring, and energetic. I have 9 years experience volunteering, working, planning, and running summer day camps, as well as babysitting for younger cousins and nephews over this time, ranging from newborn to 12 years old. I have reliable transportation, experience in meal/snack preparation, and excellent organization and communication skills. You can trust that I will be hardworking and reliable as I care deeply about doing my best in everything that I do. I would love to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in your child's/children's lives!
