I'm Susan, the second eldest in a family of five children from a small northern town. I enjoy sharing my experiences in nature and my adventures on the farm with kids. An outdoor enthusiast, I love hiking with my dogs and spending time at my Lake Erie trailer. Since 18, I've been in childcare, first as a live-in nanny, eventually embracing caregiving as my career. I'm a creative individual who loves gardening, renovating my home and photography. Cooking and baking are also passions of mine, and kids love to join in. I excel at caring for children and the elderly - patience, love, and creativity are my strong points. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those in my care are my top priority, and my experience makes me a reliable caretaker in any situation.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Susan McNalley, who has been providing care for my Godmother over the past several months. From the moment she entered our lives, Susan has brought not only professionalism and reliability but also a level of warmth and compassion that is truly rare. Susan is the type of person who naturally lights up a room. She brings positivity and calm wherever she goes, making her clients feel safe, seen, and cared for. Her nurturing nature is evident in everything she does— she doesn't just meet the basic requirements of caregiving; she far exceeds them. She takes the time to understand the individual needs and preferences of those she works with and always finds thoughtful, personalized solutions that truly make a difference. One of Susan's many strengths is her ability to keep her clients actively engaged and emotionally uplifted. She's incredibly creative in finding activities that spark joy and connection, whether that means introducing a new hobby, organizing light exercises, or simply finding meaningful ways to connect throughout the day. Her efforts have done wonders for my Godmother's confidence and overall well-being. In addition to her caregiving skills, Susan is also an excellent cook, preparing healthy, delicious meals that my Godmother looks forward to every day. She's attentive to dietary preferences and always makes sure meals are both nourishing and beautifully presented. Her respect for cleanliness is also second to none —the house is always tidy, organized, and cared for with the same attention she gives to the people that live in it. Before hiring Susan, I interviewed several caregivers, but none felt like the right fit. I'm so glad I waited. Susan has become more than a caregiver-she's a trusted companion and an essential part of our lives. Her integrity, empathy, and dedication are unmatched, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have her. If you are looking for somcone who will care for your loved one as if they were family, I cannot recommend Susan highly enough. Sincerely. Brett O.

To Whom it May Concern. My mother died of Alzhemier’s in my home, in my living room, surrounded by love and so peacefully that Jolyn, who was with me at that moment, and I had to decide if she had stopped breathing. That is a gift that cannot be valued. She had been on palliative care for 24 days…every day being told, “anytime”. During those 24 days, and for the 2 years before that, I was able to count on Jolyn and Stacy to take care of both Mom and me. During the 2 years, prior to my mother’s death, Jolyn and then her sister Stacy were the wind beneath my wings. They not only took care of my mother with outstanding compassion combined with efficiency, but they also took care of me. I didn’t realize how much I needed help and was (and still am) resistant to asking for it. They just stepped in, made sure things were running smoothly behind the scenes of my life, so that I could be the best daughter I could be to Mom, and also continue to provide care for my own patients without being totally burned out. I trusted them 100% with my Mom’s care, knowing they were doing as much for her, as I would have been doing, in my absence. I recommend the team without reservation. They will meet your needs, and in such a seamless way that you will not realize how much of the burden they are lifting from your shoulders. Penny Wynne.
