I’m Leslie Ann, and I’ve been working in caregiving roles for the past few years. I have over 2 years of experience caring for a child, where I supported their daily routines, nutrition, learning, and emotional development. I also recently completed a program in Personal Support Work, and I’m currently working under a PGWP while pursuing permanent residency. I’m someone who’s naturally patient, nurturing, and detail-oriented. I enjoy building trust with both children and families, and I take pride in creating a safe, supportive environment where kids can grow and thrive. I’m now looking to continue my work in caregiving, where I can bring both my experience and my genuine passion for helping others.

Over the past two years, I have provided consistent, compassionate, and responsible care for a child from infancy to toddler age. My responsibilities included ensuring daily routines were followed, preparing healthy meals and snacks, organizing engaging activities to support emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. I supported early learning through play, reading, and structured activities, helped with toileting and hygiene routines, and built a trusting relationship with both the child and family. I adapted care strategies based on the child’s changing needs and always prioritized their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
