I would describe my caregiving style as both playful and authoritative as I love creating warm, joyful environments while maintaining consistent routines and clear boundaries. I have a deep love of learning and enjoy reading, research, and children's literature (I even spent a semester studying comparative international children's literature in university). Community and family are core values of mine, and I naturally gravitate toward caregiving roles. I enjoy spending time with my extended family and friends, caring for animals, and creating safe, organized, and welcoming spaces. In addition to my doula work, I've worked as a professional family photographer since 2022, which has given me a unique appreciation for family dynamics and the beauty of everyday moments. In my free time, you'll usually find me baking, exploring nature, organizing, or working on creative projects. I'm calm under pressure, adaptable, and always happy to lend a hand wherever needed. I've been working as a full-time postpartum doula for over a year, typically providing families with 12–50 hours of support per week for 1 to 6 months. While newborns and young infants are my specialty, I also love working with toddlers and supporting them through big transitions, such as welcoming a new sibling or a parent returning to work. I've supported a wide variety of family structures with one to four children and enjoy helping families build confidence and settle into new routines.

I have a BA in Media, Information & Technoculture with a minor in Creative Writing from Western University (2018). I'm currently certifying as a full spectrum doula (exam in spring 2027), fertility doula (exam in spring 2027) and lactation educator (exam in fall 2026).
