My personal journey has profoundly shaped my passion for helping children. Having been in foster care, I experienced firsthand the importance of supportive, nurturing environments for children during their formative years. This experience ignited my drive to make a positive difference in children’s lives, ensuring they have the love, stability, and guidance they need to thrive. To pursue this passion further, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Behavior, with a focus on child development. Through my studies, I gained a deep understanding of the psychological, emotional, and social factors that influence children's growth and development. This knowledge has empowered me to provide thoughtful, attentive care that caters to the individual needs of each child. I am eager to combine my personal experiences and academic background to offer compassionate, effective care in a nanny role, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

-babysitter for family and neighborhood children since I was 13 - my passion for working with children started when I was a child in the foster care system and knew I wanted to be a light in children’s lives like the individuals that helped me as a child - dedicated my academic career to studying human behaviour and child development so I could be the best I could be for the children in my care - I have studied and worked with children with mental health struggles and trauma, as well as children with autism spectrum disorder, and a plethora of other children with there own special needs and accommodations. - I tutored for a little while and loved it it was a great way to refresh my memory of what I once learned and was very rewarding when children did well. - I am constantly furthering my knowledge and even looking into teachers college or Montessori certifications so I can further my passion for working with children and helping them grow into amazing individuals.
