My name is Zoë, and I am a recent graduate from Dalhousie with a double major in Environmental Science and English. I aim to become a teacher and I have substantial experience working with children. Recently, I worked at St. Mary's Boat Club as a day camp leader and inclusion worker. Additionally, I have worked at a daycare, as a wilderness guide for children, and as a swim instructor. I have also been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I am enthusiastic about inspiring children to spend more time outdoors and am dedicated to creating positive and safe learning environments. I value "nature relatedness, " the idea that quality time spent outdoors enhances one's care for the environment and sustainability. I aim to incorporate aspects of nature relatedness into programming with children, helping to advance their development, knowledge, and enjoyment. I am currently seeking full-time work for this fall/winter and offer flexible availability!
