My Pronouns are She/Her. I am a native Canadian, who has spent 16 years volunteering in China, as well as running my own school, child care, cook teacher, admin, HR, recruiting and working each department myself. I have a passion, for helping people, and being involved with the community. Not only did this prepare me for most jobs in the managing field but that, paired with my years of Customer service experience at Bell Canada, and PCFinancial Fraud Department, make me ideal for any position. I speak Mandarin well, however I can’t read it, as I am self taught. I enjoy learning and have taken 14 certificates in the last year. I am extremely good at thinking on the spot. Nothing shocks me, as I have dealt with, or trained for any situation. While in China from 2004-2019, I did extensive volunteer and paid work with at-risk children, females, animal rescues, and animal activism. I have experience with at risk LGBT+ youth, trafficked females of all ages, both here, and in China, addiction, and any other at-risk communities in need. I love to cook, and teach life skills, and I really enjoy communicating with people. I am very nurturing. I am a current “Supportive Roommate” for an autistic youth, and extremely patient which will end Sept 1, 2024

I owned a school in China where I taught and did tutoring and summer camps for 16 years. I have cared for children from 3 years old to adults with disabilities. In my summer camps, I taught the kids to cook simple dishes, grammar, drama, simple science, simple medical terms, health, sociology, and numerous other topics. During the school year they came to my school for homework and meals before school, lunchtime, and after school until parent pick up. I had up to 20 kids in my care per class. I love to cook, so that part is a bonus. I also did performance and music with the children.
