Nicole M.
I’m Nicole! I recently completed my Psychology degree at Saint Mary’s University, where my coursework focused on child psychology - specifically, behavioural and social development, and typical/atypical development. This has shaped the way I support children in the nannying, tutoring, and daycare roles I’ve held over the past several years, working with children from ages 1–17. I’ll be starting my Bachelor of Education within the next year, and until then I’m excited to keep supporting families and working closely with children. As a caregiver, I support children through their routines, play, and learning with a calm but fun approach. I enjoy helping kids get ready, planning simple activities we can enjoy together, spending time outdoors, and sitting down with a book or homework when they need a little guidance. I also keep shared spaces tidy so the day feels organized and easy for everyone. My style is warm, patient, and structured, and I aim to create an environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit for your family, and I can gladly provide multiple references upon request.
