I worked for a CHEO doctor for more than 3 years, I stopped when they moved to Toronto. I looked after twins for almost 3 years, I stopped when my pregnancy didn't allow me to keep going and now they go to school. I looked after 14 months old triplets for 5 months, unfortunately due to their development its best for them to go to daycare.
