My name is Brooklyn. Some of my hobbies include arts, walking, and cooking. I have been working as a caregiver for children for 2 years now. However, growing up, I have always been the oldest sibling and helped my mother take care of my siblings. My mother also ran an in-home daycare when I was 8-13 years old, so I have always been around children and love helping them grow.

I am a recent graduate of the early childhood education program. During my time in school, I have learned about play-based curriculum and how to plan activities and play experiences based on children's interests. I have learned health and safety regulations and how to care for multiple children at once. I have worked with children in infant, toddler, preschool, and school-aged groups. I have recently started working full-time in childcare settings but have been doing it part-time for 2 years while in school.
