Jan Pauleene B.
My name is Jan Pauleene and I hail from Edmonton. I am a woman, in the prime of my life at 29 years young. I am a graduate at Training for In-home Caregivers at TLC Edmonton, where I expand my knowledge base in providing Care for the Elderly, Children and those with Disabilities, Nutrition, Communication, and First Aid/CPR. Given my education which includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Certified Nanny Training, CPR Training, First Aid Training, and Certified Elderly Care Training, I believe I am well-equipped to care for children of all ages, from newborns to those over 10 years. My working experience spans over a year and I am seeking to further develop my skillset in a long-term, Full-Time or Part-Time role with your family. I am open to the live-out or live-in arrangement. My extensive availability means, I can work at any time - morning, mid-day, or evening, from Sunday to Saturday, hence providing flexibility for your family's varying schedules. As a passionate and reliable worker, I am happy to perform a variety of duties including but not limited to, cooking and preparing meals for kids, keeping the house and kitchen clean, walking the dog and/or pet care, assisting the kids with homework, and even organizing and planning events as required. I am non-smoker, allowed to work and more than open to relocate or travel. Even though I don't possess a driver's license or a car for work use, my love for children extends to those with disabilities too. And while my maximum children count to work with is three, rest assured, each one of them will be given tailored attention. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss my candidature. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your little ones!
I worked with my previous employer, whose children were aged 9 and 12. Additionally, I took care of my cousins when they were young as I was the eldest among them. I also looked after my neighbor's children, as I grew up in a compound in The Philippines. I played with them, sang, danced, engaged in group activities, fed them, helped change their clothes, and occasionally told bedtime stories during our slumber parties.
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree on Hospitality Management in the Philippines and I studied in TLC Edmonton as a caregiver for the elderly, disabilities and childcare.
