Madeline M.
Raised in a quaint town in southern Alberta, I moved to Edmonton to pursue an English degree, in the hopes of getting a master's in library sciences. I love education, and it is my dream to work in a museum. I began working at 12, primarily babysitting and tutoring children with learning disabilities, work that required trust, patience, sensitivity, and creativity. This work stimulated a lifelong passion for childcare and teaching. I'm not only fluent in English, but also in French, as I have a B2-level DELF certification. I take great pleasure in teaching children to read and witnessing their intellectual growth and curiosity. I believe in dance parties when times are tough, I believe in fairies when you need a little bit of hope, and I like to feed squirrels. There is not much more that I will not learn or figure out. I am a problem solver and love to learn new skills.
I have been a nanny to numerous families, and I also work as a tutor for English or French. I am flexible, I love to help and support families. I also love to clean.
