I have a calm and steady presence, especially in busy or emotional moments, and I believe children thrive when they feel safe, heard, and understood. I value routines, clear communication, and creating a nurturing environment where children can feel confident being themselves. I take my responsibilities seriously and treat every child in my care with the same level of attentiveness and protection I would give my own family.

I have been caring for children most of my life, both professionally and within my own family. Having supported children from infancy through pre-teen years, I understand how different each stage of development can be. My approach is calm, patient, and structured. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported emotionally. I focus on creating a nurturing environment while encouraging independence, confidence, and age-appropriate learning through play. With my Level One ECE certification and First Aid Level C training (including infant CPR), safety is always my top priority. I aim to build strong, open communication with families so we work together to support the child’s growth and well-being.

I graduated from Victoria School of the Arts and went on to pursue post-secondary studies toward a Diploma in Hospitality Management, where I developed strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management. I later obtained my Level One Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification in Alberta, where I received training in child development, play-based learning, and early years programming. I also hold First Aid Level C with CPR certification, including infant, child, and adult care. My educational background, combined with both professional childcare experience and years of hands-on caregiving within my family, has given me a well-rounded, structured, and nurturing approach to caring for children of all ages.
