I'm Pria. I’ve supported children aged 3–14 through my roles as a Performing Arts Program Aide and Summer Camp Instructor with Strathcona County. I love creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids, whether that’s helping with homework, planning creative activities, or providing one-on-one support when they need it! I have certifications in Emergency CPR First Aid/AED and Healthy Child Development, as well as training in behaviour management. I’m also mindful about preparing healthy snacks and meals, including accommodating various dietary needs. In my free time I love spending time with my pets, 3 dogs and 2 cats, doing arts and craft based hobbies such as crochet, painting, sewing, and I love to read! I am attending an online university program in the fall for a diploma in early childhood education and I am currently working towards getting certified as a level 1 early childhood educator. I hope to go back to school to become a teacher once I complete my current university program!

I have been babysitting for the last 6 years and I have recently worked with children in performing arts programs, teaching and assisting the children in their classes. I have experience with assisting children with their schoolwork, house-keeping, and assisting with bedtimes. I have previously worked with children ages 1-14.
