My name is Louise! I am a current Bible college student at Vanguard Bible Collegel. I am sociable, energetic, and always seeking joy in every circumstance. My peers describe me as a strong leader, and I am always ready and willing to take on responsibility. I value taking initiative and want to lead with a servant heart and belive that humbly putting others above yourself is a deep expression of pure love and kindness. My family considers me incredibly independent and strong-willed. I grew up as a competitive dancer and have a love for the outdoors. I am a passionate Christian and am actively involved in my home church in different roles. These roles include teaching Sunday school, leading youth groups, and taking care of infants in the nursery. I aim to be outgoing yet gentle, and I adore serving others.

This past year I was an evening nanny for a family of 6 (kids ages 2-8) with responsibilities including engaging with the kids, supporting the parents and overall just being a sweet friend to the kids. I also have experience working with a family just in the mornings doing wake up, breakfast, packing lunches and dropping off at school. Apart from that work I have babysat for all ages with those times involving dinner time and bedtime routines. For 2 years I also was a weekly babysitter for an upper elementary boy with special needs (muscular dystrophy) and am comfortable and willing to accommodate the needs of any child that may need extra support. I have experience with infants and overnight baby care shifts which have included feeding, changing, bathing and putting to bed. I am an active member in my church and find so much joy serving in the kids ministries. (ex. nursery ages 0-2 and preschool sunday school teacher) I have work experience at overnight bible camps as a cabin leader with children ages 8-14 and also am currenlty working my churches summer day camps for kids ages 6-12. I value the childcare expereince I have but am always seeking to learn more and just genuinly love working with kids!
