I am a 30year-old mother seeking to embark on the next leg of my decade-long journey in caregiving, housekeeping, and child care. Commencing on change-filled tropics of the Philippines, my journey has led me through classrooms, retirement facilities, and homes, culminating in over 140 hours of practical experience and a career diploma from a caregiving program. My experiences so far have included tasks such as cooking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, children and family laundry care, pet care, and overall house cleaning. Becoming a mother to a precious little girl has added yet another layer of understanding and patience to my profession. I hold certifications in First Aid and CPR from Red Cross, police background check, culinary training and am a recent graduate of Medical Office Administration studies. Working with children with disabilities, elderly Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, stroke patients, and bedridden individuals has been part of my story. And while I have experience with children over 10 years old, I prefer to focus my care on one child at a time, employing all my expertise and attention to ensure their wellbeing.
