Resourceful, caring, active, energetic, trustworthy, dependable and young at heart with lots of love to give. Self-starter, meticulous, organized and health conscious with a quest for learning something new every day. Seeking a family, I can become part of as my own three kids have become adults and are now on their own. Willing to relocate. Through the journey with my youngest who has special needs, I have become proficient in patience and remaining calm in all situations. I enjoy cooking, baking, being in nature, walking and reading. I love sunshine, star gazing and making snow angels. I believe children should be taught with a calm and gentle demeanour, that their feelings, thoughts and opinions are just as important and valid as mine and others. They are not less than just because they are young. Children are smart. They pick up on so much more than we realize. I aim to be a strong and healthy role model for all the littles that I have the opportunity and privilege to encounter and work with.

I have taken many workshops and courses to learn how to interact and work with children who have intellectual and development disabilities. I do not have a vehicle at this time.
