I am a 24 yr old student, born and raised in Winnipeg. I take online classes so I am flexible for work. I grew up in a large family and helped raise my siblings, I love children and plan on having my own eventually. I spend my time studying, working out, doing yoga and spending time with my dog. I also enjoy doing art, cooking and baking and shopping. I do not have formal training in childcare, but I do have plenty of hands on experience with taking care of kids, am responsible and am a great problem solver. I would show up in the ways that I would want my future nanny to be when I have my own children and am in your position, I think it takes a lot of trust having someone else care for your child and I hope to build that with a family in need of a nanny.

I grew up as the older sibling in a family of six kids. Additionally, I lived with my aunt for a year to help her raise my 9-year-old cousin while she worked nights. I have experience in preparing food, grocery shopping, following routines and schedules, helping with learning activities, engaging in play and fun activities, handling tantrums, guiding children to a more calm and grounded state, and conflict resolution.
