I'm Grace, an enthusiastic and caring nanny who is passionate about nurturing! With work experience primarily in gardening and childcare, I have gained patience and experience with anything that grows. I am now a stay-at-home-mother and looking to take a few more children part-time under my wing. I am based in the peaceful town of Devon and open to live-out nannying in the Edmonton area or children can join us in our home and routine! As an added dimension, my role as a nanny involves my one-year-old son, who would accompany me for out-of-home work or join us in our home environment So, ideal for me would be a family willing to adapt to this arrangement. Growing up in a large family instilled in me the spirit of teamwork and I aim to work with parents' goals to provide a safe and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Young children, still avid explorers of their world, are my true delight to work with, though I feel equally comfortable caring for children of all ages. My priority is activity-based quality time where children can learn about various aspects of life-with play, work, exploration, and movement organically woven into the day. In terms of availability, I can adapt to different schedules and work from Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays), mornings or mid-day. Ready to start immediately, I will ensure children's needs are met and the home remains a well-maintained, happy environment.

I am currently a stay-at-home-mom of a one-year-old. My son and I have great days going for walks and spending time outside, spending time playing with toys and exploring and learning about how things work, listening to music, singing and dancing, reading stories, chatting, and also cooking and eating good food. I'm hoping some more children can join us for parts of our days. I've had some experience babysitting my 2yo nephew at the same time as watching my own son and this has always gone very well! Before becoming a mother, I spent over a year as a part-time nanny/housekeeper for a family with four kids (two of which had autism) ages 8-17. Previous to this, I have had babysitting experience with a family of 6 kids (ages 1-12) and have provided occasional childcare for various other families over the last four years, as well.
