To whom it may concern, I am writing to recommend Chanel Richards as a future employee. She worked as a recreational gymnastics coach with us at Leapfrog gymnastics and worked with me in my position as the owner of the children’s gym and her boss. Over her time with us from July 2019 – November 2022, Chanel was responsible for coaching gymnastics classes, children’s birthday parties, and summer/spring/winter break day camps. Chanel consistently demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and hard work when coaching. She always arrived to work on time, performed the duties she was responsible for to the best of her ability, and stuck with us throughout the pandemic, even when the gym was closed for multiple months. Working with kids of many age groups as well as communicating with parents, her interpersonal skills are strong, as well as her ability to interact the kids in a way that is exciting for them, while simultaneously keeping them safe. Since Chanel began working at Leapfrog gymnastics, we have seen her grow as a coach, leader, and individual from the time she was hired at 14 years old.
