I am semi-retired and am an insurance broker and have been for 24 years. I moved to Cochrane 1.5 years ago and I am enjoying my life here immensely. I volunteer with Helping Hands and I also volunteer at the Cochrane Area Humane Society. I live alone with my pets in the Gleneagles district and am looking to fill in some of my free time enjoying the spirit and liveliness of little ones. I am very fit and active and enjoy the outdoors and miss going to playgrounds and parks and spending time with children.

I have many years of life experience as I have my own children whom have grown up to be successful adults. I also have a 6 year old grandson whom I have spent many precious hours with. I no longer live in the same province as my grandson. I miss being with children hence I am reaching out here as I see an opportunity to enhance the lives of young ones. When my kids were younger I did have a small daycare in my home which I enjoyed. I love to play make believe, card games, board games, and reading books. I am the grandma with a lot of energy you are looking for!
