I have been working with children since before I was 12 years old and have worked with many kids of different ages and abilities. Some of my previous experience includes working in church nurseries, providing full-time live-in childcare and working with children with special needs. I have experience working with children as young as newborn up to 13 years old. I have also watched as many as six children at one time. I am very mature, responsible and love working with children. I have my Emergency Childcare First Aid and CPR. I have a novice drivers license but don't currently have a vehicle. Thanks for checking me out, I look forward to hearing from you. I have experience working with children in their own homes, in my home and in a church nursery/daycare environment. I have watched families of up to three children in their own homes and multiple children from different families in my own home and church environments. I have done volunteer childcare work in two churches, Covenant of Life Ministries in Langley, BC and Potter's House Church in Chilliwack, BC. I have also done volunteer work in elementary schools as a teachers helper. I also have experience working with children on the Autism spectrum, children with hearing loss, and other differences. I am capable of caring for a child's well being, preparing them for school, ensuring they arrive safely to school, providing proper nutrition, providing first aid care, helping with homework, and many other tasks. I am willing to also provide light housework and have a lot of experience working with animals of all sizes.

So some things about me- I love to read in my spare time. Usually science fiction, but sometimes some non fiction books. I also love to workout by going to the gym and either lifting weights or doing yoga. I go on walks all the time as well, they are very relaxing for me. I am very interested in psychology, that is what I am studying in university because I would like to become a psychologist eventually. I’m very detail oriented, and also very organized. For example, I love making schedules or planning different things. Another thing about me is that I am very good at talking to people and showing empathy. I also really love kids, I have done a lot of babysitting and I actually currently work at the YMCA in childcare so I would say I am pretty experienced in that area. I have Babysat a lot of children, the care included- Getting them to do their homework, playing with them, going outside, putting them to bed, etc. I also work at the YMCA doing childcare which includes- Creating lesson plans for the kids, playing group games with them, teaching conflict resolution, arts and crafts, etc. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: Food Safe CPR/ First Aid Training Babysitting I am at the University of the Fraser Valley doing a Bachelors or Arts with a major in Psychology.

I am an active Sr. Citizen who has raised our 7 children, now all grown. I enjoy my own grandchildren, now, and have continued seeing them and helping look after them while parents are working, for weeks at a time. Because I have this extended family, I need to travel to see them a few times a year. I would like to find a job, whether with childcare on a part-time basis. I would love to watch not more than 2 children.and have at least 5 or more hours a week. I am very patient and kind, but priority would be to make sure that children I am looking after are always safe, and get their adequate nourishment and sleep daily. A clean house is important, but does not top the safety of the children's care. I prefer to watch no more than 2 children (3 maximum) at home. If looking after an elderly person, patience and communication is always important for their well-being. I can cook, sew, knit, play piano, play (board) games, reading, go for walks (pending on weather). For children, I like to help them with crafts, their learning tools (reading, printing/writing letters, numbers, etc. ) and play games with them. I do laundry, ironing, dishes, dusting, and very light housework. My employer should discuss with me what she expects to be accomplished daily; generally, if I see work, I tackle it (if time permits) without needing to be told, unless employer only wants certain duties done by me. I don't mind pets, but don't want to be watching/monitoring more than 2 animals per household, (especially if there are children, already in the home). Many pets are needing attention like a child would, so would make the workload heavier for me. I am available immediately, and that would be from May, 2021 onward.. Thank you for reading my profile, and Best Regards, Donna G. I can spend time with them doing crafts, reading, board games, playing light physical activities. Young children need their nap times, and being fed healthy foods (finger, and meals). I can do that if hired on full time. I can also do light housekeeping chores and laundry, if householder wishes. I would always keep an eye out on children when they play as supervision is a necessary thing. I will want to speakwith the parent(s) about their expectations of me, and what my duties are for unusual circumstances to be prepared for ahead of time. I believe safety and quality time is important when looking after children. I want a clear idea of what is expected of me. I believe raising a large family qualifies me to a great extent. As previously stated, I do NOT have any paper certification to speak of. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: Since I am married, I do need to have some time with my hubby; I also, would like to have 2 times in the week some free time to attend my spiritual place of worship of 2 hours each time. (Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons). I, also, need take a week or 2 off every few months to be able to visit my children/grandchildren which all live out of Province/Country. Other than that, with discussion of my schedule, my time is your time. :)

My name's Taya. I have two young siblings, 10 and 6 that I have been watching for years now. As they are getting older they don’t need me as much and I’d love to help another family with what I have been doing for my own. Any ages I’m willing to work with mostly on weekends. I have spent more than 3 years taking care of my two younger siblings before and after school as well as weekends. That includes the basics like food, getting them dressed, teeth brushed, hair done, cleaning and entertaining. As well as pet care! Still in high school

Hi there :) I am 23 years old and have been working with kids for just over 7 years and have my CPR and first Aid up to date. I love working with kids and hope to have my own day care someday. I have been a nanny for over 5 years now and had been a dance teacher to young kids, I help with young kids and youth in my church. At the moment I am a nanny to two kids who are both in school full time, and I don't usually go in until around noon each day. I am looking to fill up my mornings with either child care for young kids/babies or even if you need help with things around your house, meal planning, laundry, cleaning or running errands for you. I have my full class 5 license and a clean driving record. Hi there :) I am 23 years old and have been working with kids for just over 7 years and have my CPR and first Aid up to date. I just moved to bc in 2015 from ontario where I worked in a montessori and nannied for the last year. before that I lived in calgary where I worked in a licensed childcare centre for almost 7 years with children aged 6months-11 years. I was also a part time nanny for a family for almost three years, as well as a casual babysitter for many other families. I am currently staying home with my kids for the summer but looking for part time babysitting opportunities or to take a child part time in my home. I love teaching and working with young children and couldnt imagine doing anything else. I believe children should learn in a hands on environment and be able to have a say in what they want to do. At the same time I feel having a somewhat structured routine is also very important for children to thrive. In my (over 10)years of experience working in daycare/Montessori and nannying I have been in charge of things such as meal prep, diaper changing/ toilet training, cleaning, creating day to day schedules, planning activities and feild trips, driving children to and from school and activities, as well as planning arts and crafts, sensory, fine and gross motor activities. Although I only have my ecea I acted as assistant director at my previouse childcare centre. I also took early preschool curiculum cources as well as many other early childhood planning courses. I also have taken my first aid/cpr multiple times and am raising 4 kids of my own that are aged 3-14 High school graduate Childcare level 1 (eca) certificate CPR First Aid

Thank you for considering my application.. I graduated from high school in 2022 and am looking for a job until I begin attending university in September. I believe I would be a good addition to your team. I have spent many years working with children by volunteering at my church with the nursery, children’s church, and summer camps. I have a lot of experience with babysitting and am part of a large family so have grown up taking care of my younger cousins. If you speak to my references, you will find out that I am hard worker who works until the jobs are completed. I would be a committed member of the team and am willing to work hard and learn all of the aspects of the job. Thank you for considering my application.
