Tatiana O.
I’m a long time nanny with extensive experience caring for children of all ages, with a special focus on infants and toddlers — including multiple sets of infant twins. I truly thrive in the early years and feel most at home supporting families through the beautiful (and often overwhelming and chaotic!) transitions of newborn and toddler life. It really does take a village! In addition to many years of nannying, I am also a trained birth and postpartum doula. This background allows me to offer families deeper support during major milestones such as bringing home a new baby, establishing feeding routines, navigating sleep transitions, and introducing solids through baby-led weaning. My goal is always to provide unbiased, knowledgeable, and steady support so parents feel confident and cared for. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of family structures, parenting styles, and unique household dynamics. I adapt easily and approach each home with respect, flexibility, and professionalism. Families often describe me as reliable, intuitive, and someone who brings a grounded presence into their home. Beyond nannying, I have coached gymnastics recreationally and competitively, which has strengthened my ability to connect with children across ages and personalities. I’m energetic, playful, and genuinely enjoy engaging with kids in ways that support their development. I’m also happy to assist with light household tasks such as children’s laundry and light housekeeping to help keep your home running smoothly. I believe childcare and household flow go hand in hand. A bit more about me personally: I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery at MRU, following my passion for supporting families during some of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, have a graduated driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle. I also hold a diploma in personal training. Health, strength, and wellness are important parts of my life, and I bring that same steady energy into my work. At this time, I’m seeking flexible part-time or casual opportunities, either in a nanny or doula role. I am happy to provide a resume and references upon request.
