My name is Caitlyn, and I am a very passionate, motivated and energetic young adult. I have been working with children for many years, and my experience as a day camp/after school program leader, child development assistant, and customer service assistant enables me to bring many different skills, abilities and perspective into every situation I encounter. In previous evaluations, my strongest skills highlighted have been my active listening, caring nature, attention to safety, and my conflict resolution skills. I am very passionate about bringing joy into everything I do, and I hope to find the right fit.

Private childcare, children and youth after school program and day camps (through City of Calgary, SAIT, etc.), and after school care/day care facility. I have also worked for two wonderful families which I connected with through this website. I have worked for families of up to 6 children in my care at a time, and as an after school program and day camp educator I have been team lead for staff caring for up to 100 children at a time. I am very experienced with all age groups from infant to teen.
