My name is Caitlyn, and I am a very motivated and energetic individual. I have moved to private meal prep and housekeeping services in recent years, and primarily offer these services. I have been working with children for many years, and my experience as a day camp/after school program leader, child development assistant, and customer service assistant enables me to bring many different skills, abilities and perspective into every situation I encounter. In previous evaluations, my strongest skills highlighted have been my active listening, caring nature, attention to safety, and my conflict resolution skills. I have worked for families of up to 6 children in my care at a time, and as an after school program and day camp educator I have been team lead for staff caring for up to 100 children at a time.
