I'm Evangaline, but you can call me Eva! I've spent a lot of time babysitting and taking care of children over my Lifetime and I have a getting love for it. Not only do I enjoy spending time with little ones, but I also have a penchant for tidying, cleaning, and organizing! I understand neurodivergence and have had personal experiences (and have) conditions like ADHD and social anxiety, so I'm highly empathetic and patient with children who might be facing similar struggles. Living in Calgary, I am currently open to part-time Nanny, Babysitter, Nanny/Housekeeper, and Mother's Helper positions and am ready to start immediately. I can work from the middle of day to the evening, Monday through Sunday, ensuring I'm always there when your family needs me. I can manage two children, and have experience with those aged from 3 to over 10 years. In addition, I'm comfortable working with children with disabilities and creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for them! With my role, I bring not just child care, but a range of tasks to support your household. I'm happy to cook, do light housework, run errands, take care of the grocery shopping, do the laundry, and iron clothes. I'm also thrilled to help with homework, adhere to any special dietary rules your family may have, and maintain a tidy kitchen. Pet owners will be glad to know that I'm also comfortable with dog walking and pet care, I’ve had cats my whole life and a dog! As for my educational background, Im in high school, grade 12 and some First aid training. Adjusting to different personalities and preferences comes naturally to me, which I think is a useful trait to have when dealing with children! It's hard to say, as I have been babysitting and taking care of kids my whole life. I have taken first aid classes (no certification), but I have also grown up taking care of kids.
