Molly T.
I'm originally from British Columbia and grew up as the eldest daughter, so caring for others has always come naturally to me. Helping people is something I'm truly passionate about—I find joy in supporting others as they work hard and succeed in life. This passion extends especially to working with children. I love nurturing kids, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. Seeing them laugh, smile, and thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of my day. Outside of childcare, I enjoy spending time in nature—if I could be anywhere, it would be out on the water paddleboarding. I also love cozy days at home with my dogs, watching movies or a favorite TV series. Mornings aren't complete without a good coffee, and I always enjoy relaxing around a fire, roasting hotdogs or s’mores with good company. Currently I’m working in healthcare as a Mental Health Support Worker, where I provide care and assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges.
I have extensive hands-on experience in childcare through helping raise my younger siblings and regularly babysitting for families in my community. This included caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, often managing multiple children at once. I was responsible for feeding, diaper changes, bath time, bedtime routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. I developed strong skills in multitasking, patience, and communication. My experience has given me a deep understanding of child development and the ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children of all ages.
