I'm Lara. My biggest passion in life has always been child development, which is why I chose to work as a nanny and it was the best choice I made. Looking after the little ones and helping their parents have a more enjoyable journey brings me fulfilment like very few other things in life. I consider children to be the most incredible human beings for they are genuine, clever and curious. I strongly believe their potential needs to be fostered through enthusiasm, freedom to explore and a safe environment, which I am happy to help build!

When it comes to helping a kid find their confident, smart and kind self, my perspective is that kids learn from example, so it's up to us, as caregivers, to show them how to regulate ourselves and how to express our wants and needs in a healthy way. Count on me to care for your kids as if they were mine, and be sure that I'll always have their best interest in mind. I have more than 9 years of experience as a caregiver and have worked with kids from 0-15yo, but the ages I worked the most with are 0-3yo. I have both CPR and First Aid certificates. I've taken care of three kids at once and responsibilities I've had include but are not limited to: basic childcare, house management, pet care, running errands, planning events for the family and joining the families on trips both in Canada and abroad. I can drive and own my own vehicle.
