I prefer to have two days off a week to spend with my family, but am flexible about the days as well. I think a good nanny should be enthusiastic about working with children, as children often mirror our emotions. A good nanny should also be trustworthy, organized, and on time to ensure the family can rely on them. Nannies shouldn't be afraid to have fun with children as long as the nanny does not put them in harm's way.
