I have hands-on experience in operating my own in-home licensed daycare. I've cared for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities, ensuring each child receives personalized attention. Guided by the Montessori philosophy, I prioritize patience, empathy, and creativity to create inclusive environments where children thrive. Additionally, my experience includes 6 years of teaching and tutoring. I have assisted teenage international students in English language development and co-designed the learning curriculum for the Learn at Home program through the BC School District for my primary-school aged daughters.
