I am a single Grandma living in Burnaby, BC. I was born in England, grew up in Montreal, and moved to Vancouver in 1996. My grown kids are on their own, and I enjoy visiting my grandchild, teaching them French and piano. It's never too early to introduce education with play in a warm nurturing environment. I am a painter (acrylic, water colour, silk), sketch artist. An avid sewer and knitter, I have many skills and projects to share with your children! My care-taking style is gentle and disciplined and would incorporate your specific family values and culture into the care-taking. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, meal prep, organization, and event planning are all part of my skill set.

I raised a daughter and ran a 3 bedroom home for 20 years. Prior to having my own family, I worked as babysitter, house-sitter, and restaurant manager. I can cook your favorite recipes or suggest new cuisine.
