I have been babysitting for many years, starting with my cousins and extended family. I now babysit regularly for a few families, usually working with 2-3 kids at a time. Ive been working as a summer camp counselor the past few years, where our legal ratio was 1 counselor to every 10 kids, and most of the groups i've worked with were about 30 kids total with 3-4 staff!
