Alla I.
I am punctual, patient, polite, and kind. I believe in giving children the freedom to choose, especially in the summer, and always listen to their wants and needs. I find it important to let them express themselves and understand their preferences. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education from a Ukrainian university, which has provided me with the knowledge and skills to support children’s development effectively. I have been living in Canada for three years, and I enjoy running, cycling with my husband, and baking. I am also working on improving my English skills. I do not have children yet, but I am passionate about working with kids and creating a supportive, nurturing environment for them.
Experience in Belarus (October 2018 – March 2022) Worked as a full-time and later part-time nanny for a boy aged 4 to 7.5. Responsibilities included preparing healthy meals and snacks, organizing educational and fun activities, assisting with early learning (reading, numbers, school readiness), supervising outdoor play, and supporting emotional development. Maintained a kind, patient, and engaging approach. Helped the family during the COVID-19 lockdown by arranging remote communication and keeping the child entertained and active. Built strong relationships with the child and his peers. Nanny Experience in Canada (August 2022 – April 2025) Provided full-time care for three children (ages 1, 3, and a newborn born in June 2024) in a Canadian family. Created a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Supported the children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development through daily activities such as playing, reading children’s books, baking together, doing crafts and educational games, and going to the park every day. Assisted with meal preparation, laundry, household cleaning, and newborn care, including bottle feeding, changing, and sleep routines. Demonstrated strong adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude. Quickly became part of the family and successfully adapted to Canadian culture. Provided essential support during major transitions, including the arrival of a new baby. Although my English is not perfect yet, I continue to study and improve every day. I am able to communicate effectively with children and parents, and I complete all tasks with care and responsibility.
