I am a full-time mom to a sweet, four year-old girl who will be going to school in the fall and looking to pick up some extra work to help with my daughter‘s continued extensive care. I enjoy singing, reading painting and crafts, sewing, gardening, and spending time outdoors, I love animals and dogs, especially I am organized and patient and trustworthy. I would love to help make another families life a little easier by providing love and care to their children and support with household chores on a part-time basis.

In high school and university I worked as a part time nanny while maintaining my studies. After university I worked as a full time nanny for 3 different families over 5 years for 1-2 years per family. I only left because their children began school and their care needs decreased. I have cared for 2 children with congenital heart defects and serious medical complications/needs such as Gtube use and maintenance and also children with behavioural needs. In addition I have a 4year old of my own with an extremely rare neurological condition that causes severe physical and mental challenges as well as medical complications. I have been involved in countless physical, occupational and speech therapy sessions for both my own child, and children for whom I have cared. I love working with children, and had planned to go back to school to receive my ECE certification until we learnt of my daughters needs.
