Hello, my name is Naomi and I am a dedicated and experienced nanny with 8 years of work in various child care roles. Coming from a big family of 12, I've always had a passion for working with children. I have experience in various types of child care capacities, including babysitting, nannying, tutoring, and my most recent position was a Teacher in Montessori classroom. I love reading and learning new things. In my spare time I like hiking, cycling and baking treats. I am a MACTE accredited Montessori teacher and love to help children become successful. Regarding your child’s academic progress, my specialty is language development and acquisition, using a blend of Montessori and Orton-Gillingham theory. I use a systematic phonics approach with a strong focus on phonological awareness to help your child become a successful reader, writer, and speller.
