My name is Amaia, and I am an 18 year old high school student. I enjoy reading and writing, especially anything relating to social science. I aspire to go to law school after completing my undergraduate degree. I enjoy cooking, watching tv and crocheting.

I have worked as a swim instructor, where I was responsible for supervising children of various ages in a safety-critical environment. This role required constant attention, patience, and clear communication, as well as the ability to manage multiple children at once. I built strong relationships with both kids and parents, helped children build confidence, and ensured their safety at all times. My experience has made me comfortable caring for children, setting boundaries, and creating a calm, positive environment.
