I come from a family-oriented Sierra-Leonean Canadian background. I have always valued care, connection, and emotional presence in my relationships. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women’s Studies with a minor in Psychology, and my academic and personal interests are rooted in women’s health, emotional wellbeing, and the value of caregiving and community across the life stages. I am naturally calm, reflective, and creative, and I enjoy expressing myself through art, movement, and storytelling. I find great pleasure in exercise, meditation, and yoga practices. I value routines, gentleness, and clear communication, and I approach others with empathy, respect, and patience. In my daily life, I am thoughtful, reliable, and grounded, and I take pride in showing up with intention and care in the spaces and families I am part of.

I am a kind, patient, and nurturing caregiver with experience supporting children and babies in both one-on-one and group settings. Through my work at Camp Green Acres (Markham, ON) and CDA Dance Academy (Aurora, ON), I cared for multiple children at once ages ranging from three to thirteen. I led structured activity programs, and supported children’s emotional development, confidence, and creativity. I have years of experience babysitting up to three children and managing children’s activity groups with calm attentiveness and respect. I am especially well-suited to caring for newborns and toddlers, bringing a calm, attentive presence, sensitivity to routines, and an understanding of early emotional and developmental needs. With a background in Gender and Women’s Studies and Psychology, I bring a deep appreciation for motherhood and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to supporting families. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment where young children feel encouraged to grow and parents feel supported and at ease.
