I’m an 17 year old with Jamaican and Indigenous roots, recently relocated from Timmins to the lively Ajax area in Ontario. Growing up in a big, loving family has always been a huge part of my life. It has taught me the value of strong bonds, patience, and creating fun moments together. I’m passionate about sports, especially basketball and soccer, where I thrive on teamwork and staying active. In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, which helps me unwind and express creativity through music. I’m reliable, energetic, and always eager to bring positivity to any situation, whether it’s organizing games or sharing stories. I love working with kids and can’t wait to connect with families here! As for my childcare experience, growing up in a large family surrounded by siblings, I naturally took on the role of caregiver from a young age, often looking after them and discovering a genuine passion for it. This early responsibility shaped me into someone reliable and dependable, fostering a deep love for children and the joy of being a trusted figure in their lives. In recent years, I’ve channeled this enthusiasm into volunteering, including coaching kids in basketball and soccer, as well as assisting at a local daycare during the summers. These experiences have only strengthened my commitment to nurturing and supporting young ones in fun, engaging ways.
