My name is Haillie, I am currently residing in Airdrie and will be moving back to Calgary at the end of June. I am an Early Childhood Educator and have been working in childcare for 10 years. I was born and raised in Alberta, and graduated from Banff Community High School in 2015, from there I moved to Calgary where I began my career in Early Childhood. After finding my love for working with children, I decided to enroll in the diploma program at Bow Valley College and graduated with my Level 3 In Early Childhood Education. I love all things art and express my individuality through creativity. I am a HUGE animal lover, and would adopt all of the dogs and cats in the world if I could. Through my studies I have become passionate on the theory of outdoor play and how children seem to thrive in nature. I have worked in a daycare/ pre-school setting for 8 years and I’m currently a manager of a Before & After School Program based in Ralph McCall Elementary School. My contract will be up at the end of June and I am looking for something casual for the summer before returning back to managing in early September. I have 10 years of experience working in a childcare setting, as well as 4 years of experience babysitting throughout my teenage years before attending college for Early Childhood Education. I am currently a level 3 Early Childhood Before & After School Manager in my current position.

I graduated high school in 2015, from there I went on to babysit for families, and take my child first aid & CPR training and started at Bow Valley College in 2020. I have taken many workshops and courses prior to college and have many certificates to show for it.
