My name is Abbigael and I’m a 19-year-old woman currently living in Airdrie, AB. I was born and raised in rural Manitoba and moved to Alberta when I was 10 years old. I live with my parents and, although I have half-siblings, I was raised as an only child—which I believe is part of what sparked my passion for childcare and early childhood education. I’ve always been drawn to working with children and plan to pursue post-secondary education in either early childhood education or social work in the near future. I truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and express themselves. In my spare time, I love creative activities such as reading, painting, and drawing. I take pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and highly respectful—traits I bring with me into every babysitting job. I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for the children in my care.

I was a babysitter for two kids for a summer as well as volunteered at a daycare in both Chestermere, AB and Laurier, MB.
